‘Stories evolve according to who is telling them – and they can be dramatically different according to what the audience knows beforehand. I treat the process like an hourglass. My ideas are filtered down until they become a singular piece, one that can fit through the gap. Then, with the involvement of the audience, each piece can become part of a greater community again, and the ideas can once more be put into motion.’
